A renovation in the heart of the historic center, a building with large windows that offer a splendid view over the roofs of the city, this is the frame for the development of a perfect project.
The main theme of this project is the Tunisi black marble, used in various forms and finishes. Accompanied by timeless materials, such as walnut, to create a sophisticated and elegant environment.
The second part of the project was developed around the customer’s passion for fitness. So, we at Prospektiv, managed to create a private gym space, which takes into account the taste and design of the rest of the apartment.
