living area
A project that sees Garda Lake as its protagonist, with attention to the smallest details, from the renovation of the building, to the design and furnishing of the penthouse. As for the external environments, nothing has been left to chance, like the external barrier that surrounds the building made of corten steel, or like the cut of the vertical window that brings light to the staircase. By accessing the house through the staircase made of Brown coffee marble and polished steel, we arrive at the living area, which is separated from the kitchen thanks to the Rimadesio Soho sliding doors. Gio Ponti's tiles, in shades of blue, intertwine with the millennial table in Kauri wood and resin of Riva1920 , and frame the kitchen area.
night area
Moving into the night area you can see how the use of color has been taken up throughout the apartment, always playing in shades of blue, which recall Garda Lake, in contrast with the darker tones of the earth. To divide the rooms, we have created different solutions thanks to the Stripe sliding systems in aluminum and glass by Rimadesio, and the Cover glass wardrobe. The attention to detail is important, such as the glass cases placed in the walls of the master bathroom, which frame recovered marine corals, or as the mirror in the shape of a lock hand-made to recall the motif of the keys in the wallpaper of the guest bathroom.
